Your child pours all the toothpaste into the sink.  Your kid cuts their own hair.  Your baby gets into your lipstick and decides to put it on the dog.  Your child cries because their crush doesn’t like them.  That’s kids will be kids.

Your child calls other children homophobic, racist, or misogynistic slurs.  Your child steals or tells other children that they’re not allowed to play in certain areas.  Your kid punches their crush when that child doesn’t reciprocate their feelings.  That is NOT “kids will be kids” and you as the parent or teacher need to put a stop to it.

Autistic lgbt+ Youth are allowed to identify as lgbt

Even if they’re not 100% sure they are valid

Even if they’re 100% sure they are valid

They know themselves better then you and you should respect that

pls protect little boys. they are every bit as precious and tender as girls, and need just as much protection from society’s messed up conditioning. the toxic, sexist world we live in is not their fault, it hurts them just as much, they need you to help keep them from being preyed upon by misogyny and toxic “masculinity” every bit as much as little girls do. please, i am begging you, be kind to children, regardless of gender.

If your job can be taken by a hypothetical unskilled, non-English-speaking illegal immigrant or outsourced worker, I’m going to give you some bad advice.

I’m going to give you the same bad advice you gave millennials: stop whining, you’re not entitled to anything and nobody owes you a job.

I’m going to give you the same bad advice you gave minimum wage workers: stop being lazy. Get a skill. work harder and you’ll move up.

I’m going to give you the same bad advice you gave sexual assault victims: you should have made better choices and this wouldn’t have happened to you.

And when you find that this advice is not helpful or even true, then instead of attacking your fellow worker, the one who’s willing to work for less than a legal wage to feed his family, maybe you should go after the structures of power that allow and incentivize your employer’s choice to relocate your job.

This is amazing

leaving this right here…

you’re still bigoted if you’re indifferent to the pain and suffering of people different from you though.

it’s not just “i hate Brown/Black/lgbt/Muslim/Jewish people”; it’s also “I’m able to turn a blind eye to their suffering because i don’t consider it important. i only recognize and care for the pain of others like me”.
