Poem for a Tree
The beauty of a leafless tree
Difficult to capture
Light lands on your limbs just so
Creates contrast
Dark and shine
Against the blue, blue sky
Sharp, patterned, repeating
Nature’s math
Words written in the curves
Whisperless
