when I was in the hospital for my depression I came out to my fellow inmates during the morning circle and everyone was like yeah cool very brave. the next person to talk was a 50 year old woman and she said: ‘I want to come out to. I’m coming out as a child of god.’ and honestly if that isn’t straight culture™ I don’t know what is.
