I just decided that when they’re old enough, I’m starting my boys on Episode IV and not even telling them about 1-3. I’ve even got an old VHS copy, so they’ll see Han shoot first and Vader will silently make the ultimate sacrifice.
I wish we had those VHS tapes! I’m sure James would find out about 1-3 at some point though. I actually liked Phantom Menace, but Attack of the Clones is nearly unwatchable. Of course, that leads to not much watching of whatever Episode Three is called.
