more movies and tv shows should end on a final dance number where the whole cast dances together to some 90s pop song and then the villain shows up partway through and everyone’s all like uh oh! and it looks like they’re gonna stop the party but then they start breaking it down too and everyone claps and cheers

IMAGINE you’re watching the last episode of ds9. everyone’s dancing to freedom! ‘90 by george micheal. sisko shows up in a big flash of light and everyone’s hugging him and he and cassidy share this big dramatic kiss. then they all start doing this high energy ensemble number with lots of callbacks and physical comedy. jadzi and ezri do the worm together. quark and odo kiss sloppy style. all of a sudden DUKAT shows up and the whole thing grinds to a halt. wait, isn’t he supposed to be dead? doesn’t matter, it’s the final dance number. he’s like UM excuse ME i only have one thing to say to you all…… pass the bloodwine lmao!!!! and the dancing starts up again even whackier than before and the camera zooms out and fades away as everyone waves goodbye to the audience
