Plant of the Day
Tuesday 21 February 2023
In the sheltered growing conditions of the Marengo Garden, St Margaret’s Hope, Orkney, an Ilex aquifolium (holly) tree has a characterful trunk providing interest in the border. This evergreen tree was providing protection from the rain for a local cat who was watching the volunteer gardeners!

A couple of pieces I’ve done this year (Available on inprint!)
I let Duck smell things on my desk that I could reach while she was on my lap
News Anchor in my area loses it over a Fat Cat that likes to swim.
I don’t know what’s funnier, how she said physical activities or the snort.
I love how she gradually loses it. She gives it her best try and then you can just hear where her composure starts breaking down.
i always lose it when her voice trips into the fifth dimension as she says physical activities

Final brush test, painted with my new rake brush pack which I’ll be releasing next week! Free / pay what you want like always! All my free brush packs can be found here and the rake brush pack will be as well!
A friend of mine was at my house and was meeting Malice for the first time–nobody meets Vice, it can’t be done– and she held out her hand to be sniffed… and Malice very obediently gave her a high five.
Excellent work, Meatball.
‘Gimme some!’
