I literally just did the last one of Kelas like a day ago, but I wasn’t satisfied, so I did it again. I like this one so much better! I kept messing up my layers so I got really mad a couple times, but it was so worth it! Ask and you shall recieve, y'all. Hope you like it!
Hey, guys! It’s been awhile since I posted art. Or anything, really. But I just read both A Stitch in Time and Enigma Tales back to back, and while Enigma Tales shattered me emotionally and I don’t think I’ll ever be right again, I am now of the opinion that Kelas Parmak is precious and deserving of my sudden complete and utter devotion. So, of course, I drew him. It’s not accurate in the slightest, and I didn’t realize I had forgotten his glasses until it was too late, but this is how I kept seeing him in my mind for whatever reason.
Leave a comment! I would really like to hear your thoughts on this. :)
I love just about every bit of the Star Trek - The Fall: The Crimson
Shadow, by Una McCormack, but this bit is my favorite part. Toward the
very end when Garak and Parmak are awaiting the results of the election.
One of the most beautiful scenes I’ve ever read in science fiction.
Went through the Parmak tag earlier (oh you noticed? how wonderful!) And was very amused by all the ppl posting like “Who is Kelas Parmak? When do they show up? Are they in season 7? Did I miss them?”
kelas parmak is like the kind of activist that didn’t crow on twitter about maggie thatcher being dead, but did annoy their neighbours by putting ‘ding dong the witch is dead’ on blast for a full hour
additional - kelas doesn’t do hot takes or duke people out on space twitter. there are no text posts. they don’t interact with anyone except for likes and no-comment retweets. their twitter is filled solely with photographs of angry protest signs and aggressive graffiti, with replies turned off
“you need to reign them in, ” elim’s advisors say. “it’s behaviour not becoming of the castellan’s spouse.”
“they’re expressing their right to freedom of speech,” elim shrugs. behind him, kelas retweets a photo of the ACAB graffiti painted outside the castellans office
