Every time a Starfleet ship docks at DS9, Dr Bashir, the station’s chief medical officer, goes scuttling on board clutching a dozen experiments the DS9 equipment isn’t advanced enough to let him run? How many people have run into him just using their labs unannounced? WAIT.
