if you could spare any change or whatever it would be greatly appreciated, my mother just left an overnight stay at hospital which would be fine normally since it’s the NHS but during all this while i was back home our cat came back in with symptoms consistent with something bad, like poisoning.
my usual vet’s isn’t open until tomorrow 8:30am [which i will be on the phone to at like 7am] but there is an emergency clinic nearby that’s open until 12am.
funds were already running low but i thought we could push until mid-sept if we stretched, however i have only £250 in my account and both private vets appointments would cost in the region of £150 each.

just had a night time appointment with he emergency vet and took this massive hit to my account. the vet said he’s not dying yet (thank god) but his sluggishness, refusal to eat, and hiding plus the vomiting is not a good sign at all.
gotta go back to the regular vet for a full blood panel, IV, and overnight stay tomorrow which will probably hit me for about £250.

I hate that I have to do this but I’m in such hot water I really don’t know what else to do right now. I’m a month behind on rent due to errors in managing my freaking life and I need to come up with $550 as fast as possible. I don’t know if they’re going to kick me out or what’s going to happen but I’ve been in this hole awhile and I feel like I’m pushing my landlords too much and they might actually finally do it. My cat Beebs means the entire world to me, and he has just been diagnosed with a large tumor in his abdomen. This came as a horrible shock, since the visit to the vet was only for a vaccine.
I want to do everything that I can to save him, but the cost is so much more than I can afford. I have a part-time job and a university tuition of about 2,000$ per semester. My parents are doing everything they can to help me, but they can’t afford the entire costs of the medical care for my cat. The X-rays and the exam alone cost me 250$, here is the receipt

As most of you may know TJ, my husband, is not Felix’s biological father. Some time ago, before we even got married, TJ made it clear to me that he wants Felix to be legally his. Shortly after we started dating, TJ fell in love with Felix. Felix’s biological father hasn’t made an effort to see Felix since he was less than a year old; he is 4 now. His biological father has agreed to sign his rights over so that my husband can adopt him, and he paid the filing fee, showing his support for the adoption.
I have legal coverage with Hyatt Legal Plans through my job that pays for almost everything, but we still need to pay for the home study which, is $1,500. Felix loves my husband, and of course calls him “Daddy.” Please help my baby become a Davidson.

Hey guys, Star is a dear friend and comrade to me and she got caught in the terrorist car attack on Aug 12th in Charlottesville. She is one of the people more critically hurt, but will fortunately live and make a full recovery. But she needs time, and she needs help with paying for food, bills etc while she recovers.
She told me when I visited her today that she wants to give everything she doesn’t use to other victims.
Hey, notes on this post and donations have died down. PLEASE keep spreading this. At this point it’s unsure how long she’ll be out of work due to this, and she will have limited mobility even when she is cleared for work. She relies on public transport and walking to get *everywhere*. She won’t be able to walk to work for a long time. Please please keep spreading this and donating.
Still no job and trying to get these commissions done is a bit of a struggle.
