Hanging upside down like this is completely normal and healthy behaviour for parrots and there is no risk of this bird getting stuck in the bag, as parrots have extremely strong and dextrous feet and legs. The only downside here is that because their grip is strong it might hurt the owner’s fingers a little bit. lol
