44-year-old Anthony Wright spent 25 years in Philadelphia jail for NOT raping and stabbing his 77-year-old neighbor Louise Talley. 

His release became a reality when the new DNA tests showed that he is innocent pointing to another man Ronnie Byrd who was a crack addict. 

In 1991 Wright was forced to give a confession, which he took back later. And I’m not really surprised. 

Mass incarceration of Blacks has started long time ago and racial profiling still dominates when the police investigate crimes.

Such cases just fortify how one-eyed our justice system has been. This man just refused to surrender.
