Help I can’t shake the mental image of somewhere around mid season 3 where Miles is finally like hmm maybe Julian isn’t the most irritating person I’ve ever met maybe we can be friends and inviting Julian to have dinner with him and Keiko and Molly and Julian is like so nervous he is sweating buckets should he wear his dress uniform should he keep it casual does he need to bring gifts?? Because he’s like yes finally chief obrien might kind of like me so he shows up 10 minutes early and makes polite conversation with Keiko and you know what dinners going well it’s going GREAT Julian is charming the pants off these people and then Molly, being a child and parroting the very exact thing she shouldn’t have ever heard at just the wrong time goes, very conversationally I should add, “daddy says you’re a fucking asshole.” Needless to say dinner is awkward

I would love if at some point in ofmd, the crew realizes they have to do something with Izzy and Stede is reluctant to kill him but everyone agrees that if they let Izzy go he’ll just come back with a convoluted plan to kill them all. So they basically keep him as a reluctant member of the crew but he’s like a cat who constantly tries to run out the front door when you open it. They wake up some nights and he’s trying to set the ship on fire and sail away in a dinghy but they’re just like ‘Ooooh silly little Izzy is out of his pen again. someone catch him and put him in his room ❤️.’
