I was born and raised … about an hour north of Detrooooooooit. (Which really does not scan well, but I’m very much a working-class city girl.)
Higher water bills are affecting us here in Flint, too, but not as badly - and not my apartment complex, though it wouldn’t shock me if new leases had the rent rates go up.
