“Toxic masculinity” doesn’t mean that all masculinity is toxic it means that some traits we push onto men can seriously harm them and the people around them fellas is 2022 we should all know this by now.
It is extremely important to talk about Toxic Masculinity’s harm on men themselves because dismissing emotional repression, constant masking, overcompensation and anger as a synonym of strenght will only lead to more problems for absolutely everyone.
