you know they say if you separate a mother animal from her babies, she will forget about them. But i don’t think that has been true for Jessamy. She still comes right over to investigate every time I play a video with kittens in it. Makes me so sad. I need to remember not to play them. Bc she doesn’t understand that the sounds are coming from my phone and 😭😭😭😭

(Jessamy had just got back to the shelter from a foster home where she gave birth to kittens. I assume the kittens were “old enough” to be separated from her, but I still think she misses them.)
