Can we appreciate that Uhura mentioned how Kenya has 22 languages out of the 37 she speaks? Star Trek so often forgets how many different languages one place or planet can have and I love the idea that Uhura's passion and skill for linguistics started with her personally wanting to communicate with people better in her own country.
