In fact you can tell the DS9 writers have a misunderstanding about Julian's character because the reason he fucks so much so successfully isn't because he's impressive and can regale you with stories of his exploits, its because he does the dishes. That man has "understands how to empty the lint trap and use an iron" written on his face.
