Both women and their two children were bound and then the killer slashed their throats.

“Two women, ages 36 and 22, were slaughtered in their apartment along with their 5 and 11-year-old children. According to the Times Union, all four were bound and their throats slit.”

Their names were Shanta Myers (36), Brandi Mells (22), Jeremiah “JJ” Myers (11), and Shanise Myers (5). They are survived by their 16-year-old son Isaiah, who was out of the house at the time of the murder.
