The FCC is actively ignoring all emails and calls from bots; you have to either email or call them yourself for your efforts to matter!
That is not what resistbot does! It allows you to quickly create and send letters to your congresspersons, and does not contact the FCC! Also, there is a difference between bots that generate comments automatically and bots that are used to facilitate sending letters. Resistbot is the latter.
