i’m tired of this concept that we can’t hold queer folks accountable for their actions bc it’s ~homophobic~. lgbtqia+ ppl can be assholes, too.

i see so many predatory older gay men enacting the same type of harassment and manipulation that straight men utilize and they get away with it because they’re men (often preying on young men who are in the dark about gay culture) and it’s disgusting.

abuse happens in the queer community. we don’t talk about it enough, but it’s here.
