Really I’m surprised they went with Flippen for Georgia and not Lime Sink, Ty Ty, Hephzibah, or Climax.
Seriously? They went with Handsome Eddy for New York when the hamlet of Climax in the town of Coxsackie exists?
Clearly this thing has issues all over the place, because no fuckin’ way is Big Bottom weirder than the charming census-designated place of Humptulips, Washington.
Some weirder town names in Michigan: Hell, Paradise, Christmas, Frankenmuth, Kalamazoo…That’s just off the top of my head. There are probably even better ones than that. I don’t think whoever made this map was trying very hard at all.
