So update on the car. Turns out the air conditioner seized up, and the belt broke from the stress of trying to run it. The belt is only $30 to replace, but the ac unit is more like $300. And we can’t just not replace it bc the belt will just keep breaking. The fucking car was designed with a necessary part threaded through an unnecessary one, which if you ask me is a bad fucking design. Honestly. Fuck you, Oldsmobile.
