Actually, Ben & Jerry’s hiring practices and employee benefits are pretty damn stellar.
They also get their brownies from that one bakery that takes a waiting list for anyone who wants a job regardless of criminal records.
They have this rule that says that no employee can make something like 15% less than the CEOs so the starting wage is like 15 an hour.
