Also, it obviously has to do with the intensity of the light. Moonlight and the light of distant stars simply aren’t strong enough to do damage.
bad-exsamples: Okay, if vampires are killed with sunlight, why aren't they affected by moonlight? Moonlight is just sunlight reflected off of the moon, so wouldn't it have the same effect? And stars also produce sunlight, so why are vampires able to walk around at night? This just doesn't make sense
