It's not uncommon for movies to deviate from books but this movie took leaps and bounds away from what Chris actually wrote, and turned it into a hooah hell yes 'Murica violent pornfest glorifying hateful racism. Calling propaganda what it is does not mean you don't support the military, its veterans, or the country. It means you hate seeing veterans lives and stories be manipulated into hateful lies in the name of patriotism.
