im laughing so hard right now because if they literally require proof of chromotype to use the bathroom there are a metric SHITLOAD of cis people about to get some big surprises about their “gender”… like do you fuckers have any idea how messy chromosomes are??? of course not you’d find this legislation hilarious if you had the foggiest notion. my god.
how exactly would they enforce this? you can’t tell what someone’s chromosomes are by looking at them. i don’t even know what my own damn chromosomes are. does everyone in texas have to get tested. i don’t think he’s thought this through
if they were to implement this and pay to have everyone in the state karyotyped it would cost over 53 BILLION DOLLARS just for them to discriminate against trans and intersex people. conservatives are completely willing to burn trillions of dollars just because they don’t like oppressed people, but when we ask for things like healthcare or help paying for school they call it a waste??
Politicians don’t generally science so anything that deals with science and politics tends to be a wreck and wasting money. Politicians who /think/ that they science are the worst because of bills like this.
