Veterans stand for Standing Rock
On December 4, hundreds of veterans plan to “deploy” to Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North Dakota to join in protest against the planned Dakota Access Pipeline.
The event, Veterans Stand for Standing Rock, is a call for veterans to “assemble as a peaceful, unarmed militia” to “defend the water protectors from assault and intimidation at the hands of the militarized police force and DAPL security.“
A beautiful example of solidarity and courage! These veterans who have known the horrors of war and the sufferings of minorities understand the stakes of these historical events that are happening in Standing Rock, events that are a worldwide symbol for the legitimate defense of peoples against the oppressor. #Love it!

- Pyrimethamine, which is marketed as Daraprim, is used to treat a common parasitic disease called toxoplasmosis in people with compromised immune systems, such as those with HIV.

I need to vent…
I have watched, in full, so many interviews, speeches, town halls, and debates from Hillary in the past months. I am always blown away by the intelligence, warmth, and compassion with which she speaks to people. She is, in my opinion, the most accomplished woman in history. She shows such a deep understanding of every issue both domestic and foreign. She is so highly respected around the world for her accomplishments and her work. As I watched her town hall in the UAE, I wanted to cry. How is she not our first woman president?
