In honor of the birth of the legendary Farrokh Bulsara, better known as Freddie Mercury, I have put together this little concoction I am calling the Bohemian Rhapsody.  

The base of the drink is primarily vodka (because of stories like this), mixed with St. Germain elderflower liqueur, which is delightfully floral and sweet.  Then I attempted to float some Boodles’ Mulberry Gin on top of the drink, but I forgot my chemistry and the gin just mixed in instead.  But it all combined together to a lovely sunset color and created something very sweet, with a hint of flowers and berries, and potent enough that it will knock you on your fucking ass, darling.

So from one bisexual cat lover to another, I raise my cocktail to the memory of Freddie Mercury, and to his music that will live on forever.
