oh god gnc/trans/nb kids are so important and so are books and resources where they can see themselves represented!!!

I don’t know where OP’s girlfriend is working, but Trans Student has a list of LGBTQ camps that include camps for trans youth.

i wish ppl would mention the fact that terry crews is a BLACK MAN and bbc and mandingo stereotypes cause black men to be hypersexualized AND THE FACT THAT HE WAS SCARED TO COME FORWARD BECAUSE HE IS A HULKING BLACK MAN and didnt want to be humiliated or fight back because of all the shit he would get in the press for being rightfully violent in defense of the person who assaulted him at a formal function so all the posts in the vein of “if a 200+ pound bodybuilder type man can be assaulted and scared to speak up what about a 125 lb woman” like firstable im an obese black bitch who got r-ped so im going to need all of you to eliminate your set-in image of a sexual assault victim because it can be goddamn anybody like i hate how much this conversation had just ignored Terry’s race and only focus on his physical build. its not just because hes a big man that he didn’t say anything, and he mentions that explicitly in his thread ugh

This is just a pure racism you’re witnessing right now.

They’re trying to stop the movement making people afraid for their relatives and friends.

Just think of how absurd this situation really is. They fired somebody related to a person who was participating in a silent protest FOR JUSTICE.

This is when you understand that the struggle is real and there is no respect to black people in America.

Can’t be part of the revolution without paying a price. That being said, this goes directly to prove that the narrative about overpaid athletes complaining is shit. Each one of them has family members who are impacted in some way. Battle lines have been drawn, let’s see who sticks with their principles and sees the fight to its end.

The entire thing should not be an issue in a “free” country. People should be outraged by broken criminal justice system, but they value national symbols more than people’s lives and freedom of expression.
