If you ask me, I’d say this whole “gender bender” issue is about unintelligent youths who think that just because a handful of sources (probably copied from the same source) all say the same thing: that these people’s misconceptions are facts, and that they’re “special”, is justification for their idiotic “trends”.

Social media, or the Internet as a whole, has played a huge role in the society in which these people live. If they have “friends” telling them that they’re “valid” or “accepted” then that only further enhances the illusion that they’ve drawn up to mask their insecurities and fallacies.
