When a fish chokes in a palstic ring, he couldnt care less how many people are in the country that threw away those rings, he chokes the same. Total pollution is the only statistic relevant to calculate DAMAGE.

Because of overpopulation. Having 4x more population than the usa makes them the most polluting country in the world!
