  29. myldren said: As far as if it’s constitutional, there is really no basis for it to not be. It does say that if the President wants to DECLARE war on another country, it has to be approved by congress. The sending of missiles isn’t a sign of declaring any war, in theory it should be constitutional if he had proper motive I think.
