I find that it helps to remind yourself that other people are going through what you are going through at different levels. I have social anxiety which causes me to become depressed because I crave socialization I just have a hard time speaking my mind and communicating other people who aren’t my family. It is so frustrating sometimes, but I have taken small steps which will lead to bigger steps. I am getting better though. I have hope for my future self.
