  43. dirtyalaskan said: Back in 2001 my brand new jeep caught fire on the highway, it was a fuel leak and I barely got off the road in time . I sat on the jersey wall 300 ft away and watched my jeep burn to the ground . Fire department showed up before the thing blew up . I’ve been told cars usually take 20 minutes before they blow up . Not sure how true that is .
